1. Payments
After bookings have been confirmed, the full rental price has to be paid within 5 working days to the bank account mentioned in the confirmation.
After the payment has been received the customer will get a voucher by email, which must be provided on check in.
2. Services
The Rent does include a full maintenance service for the garden and the swimming pool.
Further on maid's service is provided, changing of towels and bed sheets (Not valid for long term rentals). Maid's service is provided every second day.
Breakfast is not included.
3. Long Term Rentals
Long Term rentals do not include maid's service, changing of the towels and bed sheets.
4. Cancellation Policy
All bookings are pre paid. Re - booking is not allowed.
Cancellation more than 30 days before check in :
50 % refund
Cancellation less than 30 days before check in :
No refund.
5. Check in - Check out
Check in after 2 pm
Check out before 12 pm
Check out later than 12 pm can be requested. Subject to availibility. A fee might apply.
6. Damages
The customer is fully responsible for any damages caused by him or his guests during the stay.
7. Belongings of the tenant
For losses or damages of belongings of the tenant neither View Talay Villas, the owner or the agent can be held responsible.
8. Dogs
Please note, that dogs are strictly forbidden in the villas.
